- 3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (406 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (2 sticks / 227 g)
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed (200 g)
- ½ cup granulated sugar (100 g)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
