Lemon Lush is a delightful layered dessert that takes lemon treats to a whole new level. It starts with a pecan crust inspired by my Piggy Pie Dessert. On top of the crust, there is a lemony cream cheese layer, followed by a layer of lemon pudding. Finally, the bars are topped with whipped topping and more pecans.
To make the pecan crust, you will need 1 stick (113g) of melted unsalted butter, 1.5 cups (192g) of all-purpose flour, and 1 cup (109g) of chopped pecans. Combine these ingredients in a medium bowl and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
