- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
For the Dough Filling:
- 1/2 cup salted butter, very soft
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar (200g)
For the Topping:
- 1 cup butter, melted (226g)
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar (300g)
